Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by 24/7 Onsite Drug & Alcohol Testing, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
24/7 Onsite provides drug and alcohol testing services including but not limited to DOT and Non-DOT urine collections, breath alcohol testing, hair collections, saliva testing, and instant drug testing. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of dispatch unless you have an established account with 24/7 Onsite. We accept credit and debit cards. Clients are responsible for any fees regarding tests cancelled as a result of collection site errors.
Collector Network
Collectors used by the 24/7 Onsite Network represent that they are in compliance with DOT 49 Part 40 regulations. 24/7 Onsite does not own, endorse or otherwise control independent collection sites. If any collection is not collected properly, 24/7 Onsite will conduct the next test at no charge.
Limitation of Liability
24/7 Onsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Corpus Christi, TX.
